The Federation of Calgary Communities (the “Federation”) maintains this website, any courses offered through this site (the “Site”) and other linked and related sites for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you, the Federation and The Friends of the Federation (the “Friends”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
2. Use of Site
The Friends supports the Federation to provide various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). The Friends authorizes each User to:
i. View and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials are retained on any copies of the Materials.
ii. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them.
iii. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on the Federation’s website are provided on an “as is” basis. The Federation or the Friends shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the contents of the Site. The Federation and/or the Friends reserve the right to make additions, deletions, or modification to the contents on the Service at any time without prior notice. The Federation and the Friends do not warrant that the website is free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Friends of the Federation has not reviewed all these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. Should you be dissatisfied with the quality or content of the material, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We would be happy to hear your feedback. We cannot offer refunds if any purchased content has been downloaded or if over 30% of the course materials have been viewed.

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Canada and/or the province of Alberta, Canada. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. The Friends or the Federation may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.
